Binding of a 4Fe-4S cluster precludes RNA binding.||FUNCTION:Catalyzes the isomerization of citrate to isocitrate via cis-aconitate (By similarity).||CATALYTIC ACTIVITY:Citrate = isocitrate.||COFACTOR:Binds 1 4Fe-4S cluster per subunit.||SUBUNIT:Interacts (when associated with the 4Fe-4S) with FBXL5.
